Years ago, in Bubba's first campaign for governor (Arkansas), he gave his "one term" promise. And, he was elected.

But, as he liked that office so much, a means was found to get at a second term. He (being known even then as Slick Willy), did a "listening tour" of the state. The net result - a reneged promise, as the "people of Arkansas" had spoken. Run again they said, and he did.

Tubba has just dusted-off that old ploy with a new twist. For the hoi polli, I am one of you'all.
