Are you saying Corker should do nothing?
I’m saying Corker isn’t explaining the real problem. Why exactly do we need a bill saying the president needs to submit a treaty to the Senate? The Constitution already says the president MUST submit a treaty for Senate approval.
If Corker’s bill doesn’t pass, does that mean the president gets to ignore the constitution and NOT submit this treaty to the Senate?
This is screwed up beyond belief. Don’t these guys have a clue what the Constitution says???
