So, what the heck are the Mexican authorities doing about it?

They’re watching ISIS meet with the Mexican Drug Cartel that controls that area.

This is bizarre to say the least.

1) They know where the drug cartels are

2) They know that ISIS is meeting with them.

Yet, they do nothing.... no military, no drug enforcement...

I smell a rat (no, make that plural — RATS ).
