act in a forthright manner and not hide behind deceptive representations and half-truths.

It's good to see a Judge that seems to have honor and respect for our laws, and sizable cajones it seems, but his expectations may be a bit high for a pack of government lawyers!

As much as I admire this Judge, without consequences to this criminal behavior, there is no remedy provided for We the People... mostly having become We the Sheeple.

I hope someone is taking names of these dirtbag DOJ lawyers. It’ll take awhile but they have a real head-jerk coming. Lying for Odumbo/Holder is not a long term career enhancer.

Read the entire article. He is gathering the information he needs, not going off half-cocked. That’s known as ‘judicial temperament.’ A good lawyer/judge tends to get all his facts gathered before running off with charges.

The attorneys who lied in his court, and who led them in lying, whether in TX, DC, or elsewhere, will ultimately face ethics charges that could very well lead to disbarment. Most would consider that a very serious consequence for their unethical behavior. In turn, that could lead to criminal charge, depending on the evidence gathered.

Cruz’ first job as president should be to purge the federal agencies of their vermin, starting with the NSA. They are the ‘blackmail agent’ of the 0dungo regime that has resulted in Congress critters doing about-faces.
