There is no evidence that Biden was even considering a run. He’s done nothing to line up campaign staff or donors.

But then, that has not stopped Hillary when she ran as co-president.
Actually, she should not be allowed to run for a third term.
Laughable, but not unreasonable. People talk about the impracticality of Senate conviction for the untouchable Black Obama, but also about the absurdity of Biden succeeding him as President. Maybe he could serve as Hillary's insurance policy, too.
Obama is done running for anything. Why does he need political donors?
