IMO where money kicks in is with the Clinton hangers on, just as with all campaigns—such as the Romney operatives even now.

They make millions off of their cut of the advertising and always want to be in the mix for that—and then maximize the amount spent on advertising for the same reason.

Thus they always tell their “properties” that they are competitive and that they can and must raise gargantuan amounts of money.

As a downside consolation are they pointing out that unspent funds can go right into the Clinton slush fund? Sure, I imagine so. But I don’t think that is the motivating factor for Hillary, at least, to condescend to offering us another opportunity to have the benefit of her presidency.

If offered the nomination and presidency, I'm sure she will accept it. We speculate that some "run" for the presidency to sell a book. I think Hillary is running to stock the Clinton Foundation. I'm not sure how hard she's willing to work at actually being elected, though...she's waiting for the world to see it's her turn, and she deserves it. Just as with Bill, you will see negative campaigning as never before.

Just as Scarlett O'Hara, she vows never to be poor, ever again. There's a certain kind of power and satisfaction that comes with having more money than God...and it's not subject to the whims of the electorate.

Why do you think she racked up all those frequent flier miles...her job?

Chelsea is set for life.
