No most CNA's, LPN's and RN's are dedicated & do an often thankless job. CNA'S can make more money with less risk to themselves & less stress at MickeyD's in most places. Nope that woman wouldn't last working a week in a care facility. Any profession can have bad apples but most working in healthcare doing direct patient care are there because it's their gift.

Statement 2 does nothing to refute statement 1. Logically, I am not sure what that is called... sort of like begging the question, but different. Like, if I were to say "most balls are round" and you reply, "no, most footballs are oblong".
