Mother is a title of honor of which she is not worthy. No incapacitated person should be done like this. If she couldn’t handle doing the care then she should have done the honorable and humane thing by making him ward of the state. Even abandonment in a public safe venue where help can be obtained would not be near as evil. But wait a minute. Was there a SSI check involved designated for his care perhaps?
