Agreed, there most certainly would have been one or more such groups willing to lend a hand.

Unfortunately, primitive animals like this woman certainly are not members of a church, their only god is money, rap music and sexual liasons.....and the only charitable organization they're familiar with is the local welfare office.

Did not go to the link, but I saw video last night of the police spokesman who is quoted in the excerpt. He said that there were relatives who would have been happy to take care of the disabled man.
