I’m surprised it’s only 42%.

0% of my republican friends would consider voting for Jeb.

State Sen. Kelli Ward is putting out feelers as a Tea Party candidate.

Given a choice of Jeb or Hillary, I will vote against Hillary.

It would be nice to have someone to vote *FOR* this time around.

People who are spectacularly wrong for the job they want are the last to see it. He would make a great Democrat though. He can’t do that as all of his supporters and contacts identify as Republican whether they are or not. I have a lesbian cousin who is registered Republican because she’s from a Republican family. She espouses all of the most liberal concepts but labels them conservative. She has never voted for a Republican because she votes for the candidate, not the party. I’m convinced she really sees herself as a conservative Republican.

"Last time McLame beat a pretty good Congressman, JD Hayworth.Who is gonna take him out?"

Her name is Kelli Ward, a Dr. if my memory is correct, State Legislator and an Article V proponent and calls up Mark Levin often.

She is very close to throwing her hat in the ring...

"He was “shocked”!?

He should have checked here at FR and he would have known months ago.

The Bush and Clinton last names are pure poison. People have had their fill of both. I think that could be part of the reason Obama got in. That and the total "stuffed shirt" (Romney) made real Republicans stay home and watch TV.

I held my nose and voted for McCain in 2008. Did it again in 2012 with Romney. Don’t think I could do it again with Bush in 2016.

Does anybody really believe the American people are going to elect a third Bush in less than 30 years?

And if not, what does that say about who the people backing Jeb and funding his campaign really want to win the presidency in 2016?

Who is gonna take him out?

Death. Ultimately death will remove Senator For Life McCain from office. Some of us voted for him for President in 2008 only in the hope that he would succome in office and be replaced by a better woman.

In a way that does not include me. Why? Because I am no longer GOP.

Bush fatigue isn’t just for Democrats. Obama won 2 elections because of it.

This is what the GOPe wants. They are more than happy with the status quo and really don’t care whether a ‘D’ or an ‘R’ like Jeb gets elected. Simply different wings of the same party.

These media types, politicians, commentators, lobbyists, etc., spend so much time inside the beltway that they have no idea about the rest of the nation.

Your right. The GOPe is only running against “TEA Party Extremists”, and they don’t care if a dem or a pub beats them, so long as they are kept out of office.

Jeb is in it to spoil the race.
