It’s beautiful (finally)...Today will have both sunny skies AND warm temperatures.

This reminds me of a visit I had to the University of Minnesota campus a few years back. It was mid April, and warm enough that I opened my hotel room window to be comfortable. All night there was the din of partying all around campus. The next morning I noticed that many of the fraternities had chairs out on the lawns in front of their houses left over from the night before.
I asked the hotel concierge what was going on in town. Her reply: "Don't you know?.... This was the first night since October that the temperature stayed above freezing all night!
