$10,000? Yeah, that really fits the crime. /sarc The cabbie was in his rights to tell the women to stop making out in the car, but should have stopped short of the insults. If this is worth a fine at all, maybe $50, not $10,000.

But I don't even know about the $50; is it now a crime - punishable by a fine of ANY amount - to insult someone in your own place of business? This just goes to show - again - how utterly fascist the gay rights movement has become.

Who said he insulted them? Even if he did, would he have been fined $10,000 if these were two straight woman he had insulted? The insults were derogatory toward women in general, regardless of whether they were straight or lesbian.
