As it is for Catholics, my former, to practice theirs. The point here is that most religions, including the converse, do not infringe on others' rights.
The single greatest infringement, quantitatively, by the religion-that-isn't (islam, the socio-political preachings masquerading as a religion), is that against our Constitutional freedoms. Liberal-atheist zealots fall under that banner as well.
My point for this thread is 'don't knock Wiccans'. This IS a test. Those that do fail that test.
But knock islam all you like: It doesn't pass the religion smell-test...
And the liberal-athiest anti-Christians? Karma's a b!tch.
I attended a Unitarian funeral some years back.
I couldn’t tell who the mourners were, who the preacher was, who died or much else.
People came in, said nothing and left. Curious...
Listen, we don’t behead them, but by golly, I honor anyone that sticks to the Commandment in Exodus 20:3 - Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
Speaking of tests:
"One nation, under God" is not allowed in public schools. Neither is prayer, if you are a Christian. The Ten Commandments are not! Yet a pagan is allowed to invoke false gods in a public taxpayer forum, where laws are made. The point should be that tolerance is being extended to groups previously considered to exhibit deviant beliefs and behaviors, while the rest of the public at large are losing their rights and having this forced on them.
