This really was a thief.

So, the cops can dispense justice on their own? I didn't realize the cops could hold jury all on their own before this guys day in court; guilty on video not. While you're not caring; here's to hoping karma is a bitch to you and a cop whoops your ass before you are even arraigned. And before you say "I don't break laws"; yup, you do. You just haven't run across that right kinda of cop you love yet.

Thank you for your comment. You stated the case far better than I could. I did watch the video, twice actually, and what I saw was a guy who became unseated fell to the ground, started to get up and then immediately drop spread eagle face down on the ground. No resistance as far as I could observe. Then the SB deputies come and proceed to do a beat down. I do believe the guy dropped when the one deputy was on scene and may have given the order to freeze. That one deputy appeared to have something in his hands. By his stance and angle of his arms, I’m assuming he is armed with his service revolver. If/when a taser is used hard to tell.
