Even if this vile fringe group CAN force its stupid proposal on to a shareholder ballot, why is there any reason to expect it will then be approved?
The story is unclear and incomplete for sure, and probably over inflated. Just because you own a few shares of stock does not entitle you to determine the business direction. For that you need a controlling interest — which means you own a lot of stock, or have a lot of proxies.
