US progressive groups rallied on Thursday to persuade Democratic senators not to support a bill giving Congress a vote on a nuclear deal with Iran, echoing the White House's insistence that the measure could blow up delicate negotiations.
Five groups - CREDO, Daily Kos, Democracy for America, MoveOn.org Political Action and USAction - sent a letter warning Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid, Minority Whip Richard Durbin and seven other Democratic US Senate leaders that they would hold them accountable if they backed legislation seen as detrimental to the talks.

The Democrats in Congress know this deal is going to be bad for their party in the long run but try telling that to the idiots at the Daily Kos, Moveon.org, and the other rabid lefty groups.

This is The JVs of politics pretending to be representing a multitude of citizens on a critical issue. But they are the "vote often" crowd, the same people under different umbrellas hoping to increase their loser influence. All those are Obama/Soros paid operatives. For normal people, a bad agreement on Iran is infinitely worse than no agreement at all.
