Perhaps California is passing these stupid laws in order to get people to move out of California. The less people the more water they will have for those foolish enough to remain.

They don’t seem to have a problem with wetbacks invading. Of
course that makes sense because they are the perfect subjects
to replace it’s natural born citizens. California’s toast,
cede it to Mexico and get rid of the liability because soon
it’s going to be another self imposed welfare state.
