There is a reason for that.
Makes me glad I live on the East Bank.
It wasn’y always like that. Before Katrina, the WB was a good place, and fairly safe place to live. I know, I lived there for 22 years.
After Katrina, when all the “lower” income housing was underwater, people moved to the WestBank.
Now, I’m not saying they are the cause of the rise in crime, but...
