Reminds me back in the mid-80's there was a severe drought in NY. Some White-privileged eco-minded tree huggers wanted to do PSA's aimed at the people in Harlem, the South Bronx, Bushwick, etc. that "if it's brown flush it down, if it's yellow let it mellow" YUCK!
