Unfortunately, I’m pretty sure Cotton is being over-optimistic here.Israel did Osirak in 40 minutes. We have more assets and Gulf Arab bases. The objective isn't to conquer Iran - it's to demolish their nuclear facilities, which are somewhat concentrated, because it's inefficient to have scientists spend most of the workday traveling.
