The death penalty is next; I am SICK of monsters like this being allowed in our country and on our welfare.
I still think, to this day, McVeigh knew a whole lot more and they wanted him dead before he could talk. That is [very] quick for a death sentence to come to fruition.

This outrageous event happened only because our country is run by too many incompetent corrupt conniving politicians, many of whom fall over themselves serving special interests inside or outside the USA, or failing to defend our borders open, and handing out refugee status to anyone that they feel will give them a political leg up when the winds are blowing their way or to future voters.
How did they even get into the USA?
The exact same thing happened with 9-11. The politicians continue to play politics while the USA goes down the tubes. When bad stuff happens the politicians sic the NSA, CIA, FBI etc on monitoring average Americans that had nothing to do with any of it except for stuck voting for the wrong people.
I blame those who opened the USA immigration floodgates to the world by passing the 1965 Immigration Law. Prior to that immigrants were limited to countries that had a prior friendly relationship. We maintained a common culture instead of multiculturalizing us.
McVeigh got offed after four years and I do think that no court will approve an appeal in something like this.

Is this Massachussets state or federal court we’re talking about? Either one might be too squishy to sentence them to death, but maybe state will let them mingle with the prison population, and a fellow inmate will go Rorschasch on them. Sick hope, I know.

Firing squad is too noble for this kid. Chechens themselves are killing their enemies by sewing one into a skin of a recently slaughtered sheep and bringing it to a desert. As sheep blood and gut dries under the sun, a skin get much smaller and in a period of a couple days every bone of a victim becomes crushed. Not a best way to die. And if one looks strong enough they can tie your hands and legs and wrap a piece of leather around a head and leave in a desert. As it dries it makes enormous pressure on one’s skull, producing unbearable pain and permanent brain damage. Survival rate is not high and survivors aren’t very bright anymore. In a period of about a month they are taught to obey everything other people tell them to and then are going to market.
That is a culture Tsarnaev came from.
He will get 25 yrs of appeals.
