Idiots like you have no acquaintance with poor people - you see one in the store and you rush to judgment.

Try juggling bills on a fixed income and see how far it gets you.

And in your certitude, you’re so sure people on Medicaid never buy legitimate prescriptions.

That reveals as much about you as it does about liberals at whom you take umbrage.

You'll forgive me if I decline to acknowledge your omniscience, especially as you seem intent on denying from afar that which I have personally observed many times. You don't know me and you don't know where have lived or where I have shopped. Moreover, the point is that Milbank, living and working inside the DC Beltway and sticking to his patches of affluence, has almost certainly not seen that which he claims is 'likely' and demands that any action to stop obvious fraud is strictly intended to 'humiliate' the poor. His premise and his conclusion are flawed, either because they do not comport with reality or because he lacks even a rudimentary standard of evidence.

My 'certitude' is based on personal knowledge of the events and circumstances in question, including friends and family members who have, unfortunately, committed some of the acts in question. I did not employ the sort of categoricals ('never') of which you accuse me. I did not I make any mention of Medicaid nor did I exclude legitimate prescriptions from the list of items dispensed from pharmacies.

You may have strong opinions on the subject but those opinions should remain yours i.e. don't put words in my mouth.

As before, my remarks are based on real-life experience. It's understandable that if your personal ox is gored it may cause you to lash out but it doesn't 'reveal' anything about me except that I can transcribe incidents based in reality.

They still allow EBT card use at the Casinos in California?
