Check the Supreme Court case Buck v. Bell 1927 with the majority decision written by Associate Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes. The Court allows sterilization of “feeble-minded” citizens. Interesting to note some of the other Justices: Associate Justice Louis Brandeis and Chief Justice and former U.S. President Taft. The Nazis often referred to Buck v. Bell at the Nuremburg trials. I might be accused of confirmation bias but this case and the article on this thread does bring some truth to the conspiracy theories.
To this end, we should start by eliminating all foreign aid. To everywhere and everyone. The world will then come into balance on its own.
