I won’t go to the trouble of posting a Dodo bird here, but it lived, spawned it’s own babies, and went extinct, and all is provable. There are literally millions of extinct species. That doesn’t prove they changed to something else. It just proves they existed and they died. The best cockroaches lived, the best alligators lived, ect. The weak or unlucky ones died. The fossil record is full of examples of one species living and dying, without any evolution.

Every fossil only represents one specie; evolution effects populations, not individuals. The dodo is now known to be a specie of pigeons, evolving from the ancestor that all other pigeons, living and extinct, share.
