RE: I take 5,000 IU of D-3 per day. A friend who is a Registered Dietician recommended this to me after I complained of hip pain after working out.
It just so happens that that is my daily D3 intake as well.
So, did it do any good for your hip pain?
Here’s what I take everyday.
In the AM: Zinc, Vit D, COQ10 , Glucosomine, B-Complex
Lunch: Calcium, Fish oil and Saw Palmetto
Afternoon: Chewable Multi-Vit(aunt refused them so I ended up with them)
Bed: Niacin
