The reason Menendez was indicted is very simple.

DO NOT CROSS the Obama.

I am still amazed that Hussein can get away with stuff like using the DOJ and the IRS to silence his political enemies, amnesty by executive order, etc.

I think he knows he will not get impeached no matter what he does. Even if he postpones the 2016 elections because of a trumped up “national emergency” or refuses to leave office if Cruz is elected president, Boner and McConnell will just wring their hands and say there is nothing they can do.

I am reminded of these words from Lincoln’s second inaugural address:
Yet, if God wills that it continue until all the wealth piled by the bondsman’s two hundred and fifty years of unrequited toil shall be sunk, and until every drop of blood drawn with the lash shall be paid by another drawn with the sword, as was said three thousand years ago, so still it must be said “the judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.”

I am afraid that Hussein’s presidency may be yet another price that the US has to pay. I pray that we do not have to pay with our very survival as a Republic.

If that happened, it would be unprecedented in American History. Even in the mist of the Civil War, with half the then country in armed rebellion, Lincoln still ran for office in 1864.

If Obama tries to use a national emergency to do so, it would have to be big--something so bad--worse than war, every national disaster we've had, worse than anything, or he will face an armed rebellion of millions!

I also honestly think the military will remove him if he tried. He knows it. Sure, he's canned some generals and admirals he didn't like, but if it came to that the vast majority would oppose it, as it is part of their sacred oath to the Constitution.

Mine, too. I've taken that oath 5 times in my life. I will say this. If that happens, I will fight. Die if I must, kill if required, but he will not be allowed to do so.
