Just like Bo and Luke Duke, I’m just a good ole boy trying to get by.
Unlike your columnist Robert Minch, I speak plain English not correct English for I don’t have the command of those big fancy words he and all the liberal intellectuals use. I’m guessing they’re not really talking to me but to the intellectuals that read what these liberal elite chose to put in print.
However, once in a great while Bob, I mean Robert, submits a column that catches my eye, as the one about Ted Cruz being dangerous and deranged and I laboriously waded through it.
To my fellow good ole boys and all the good ole girls out there deranged means a sick mind or loony. Now the reason the intellectual liberal elite believe conservatives like Ted Cruz are loony is because he speaks plain English so both intellectuals and those of us not so intellectual can understand what he is talking about and that scares the crap out of the socially elite.
The following is a few examples why Bob, I mean Robert, believes Ted Cruz is deranged and loony.
Solicitor General of Texas from 2003 — May 2008, Cruz was the first Hispanic Solicitor General in Texas, the youngest Solicitor General in the entire country, and had the longest tenure in Texas history.
Partner at the law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, where he led the firm’s U.S. Supreme Court and national appellate litigation practice.
Cruz has authored 80+ SCOTUS briefs and presented 40+ oral arguments before The Court.
Cruz served as a law clerk to Chief Justice William Rehnquist. Cruz was the first Hispanic ever to clerk for a Chief Justice of the United States.
In the landmark case of District of Columbia v. Heller, Cruz assembled a coalition of 31 states in defense of the principle that the 2nd Amendment guarantees an individual right to keep and bear arms.
Cruz presented oral argument for the amici states in the companion case to Heller before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Cruz has successfully defended the Ten Commandments monument on the Texas State Capitol grounds, the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance in public schools. Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, where he taught U.S. Supreme Court litigation.

Ted is clearly a lot smarter than Obama. I mean, Obama hid all his grades — he must have been ashamed of them. Ted’s many intellectual accomplishments are all right out there in the open.

Beck was running his Sat recap show this morning. I listened as long as it took to grab some grub to take back home. They were running Cruz interviews with light weight lefty reporters asking him about being a climate denier and another issue or two. Cruz just ran circles around around them. Becks point was that if Cruz is the nominee he will destroy Cackles in the debates, which of course he would. Then again the fascist. Media will beat him up for it and come to poor old Hildabest defense. They would rather have a dryed up non accomplished dangerous has been that never was, then someone far smarter whom exposed the beast for what she is.

He’s right and the amazing thing is the younger voters have lived for the past 8 years hearing nothing but all the dribble they’ve been primed to believe in school...so now they are hearing the “truth” and that will set well on any heart that is open to it......’truth’ always will impact the listener every time!
Well, of course they want a woman .. how much better to constantly hiss “sexist” at everybody who challenges anything she says.
However, I think the courages conservatives are not going to fall for that.
But them ( Hillary, the left, the media ) relying on women being nieve is “ sexist “ because Hillary is a woman.

I have a friend who will be turning 26 soon and she has blocked out all what she has learned in school, collage, hates the media and is very conservative in many ways.
So glad to hear about your friend....and it’s more than shameful these young people have to unlearn all the crap the educational system plants in their minds throughout their education. They will always be in for some rude awakenings.
However....truth and light can pierce through their minds and hearts as we know...that’s why I will continue to support Cruz regardless of how this election goes. There are too precious few willing to speak out “all the time” for what people need to hear...he is one.
RESPONSIBILITY rears its ugly head thats why they are afraid
Gee .. I knew that several years ago when most of the male figures on the screen (movie and TV) were stupid; silly; gay; cowardly and wimpy.
It accounts for the success of NCIS (where none of the men are as otherwise portrayed); and Blue Bloods is the same. They are all male (and manly); but they portray that sex more true to reality.
I think America is hungry for manly men. There’s this new show on the weather channel where a survivalist takes a small group of so-called “wimpy” men into nature - and teaches them how to survive by just using what’s around them. It’s really interesting to watch the transformations; some don’t quite get it, but some finally realize that being self-sufficient is part of being MANLY. They regain their sense of power at being a male.
The world is also hungry for the warrior class. The people know a war is coming and they want men they can lean on and rely on. Men who will not wimp out when the going get’s tough, but will step up and face the challenge; and protect them from harm.
