Love how this is framed. I reject the premise. Essentially, according to this author, everything the resident of the White House is "constitutional", while any who oppose his edicts are insurrectionists. Why the author is scared is that he knows what a lot of Obama is doing is in violation of the Constitution, agrees with it, and that significant pushback may result in something unpleasant for Obama and the rest of his fellow travelers.

The Republicans are spineless hypocrites. They would never support any form of populist insurrection. The author needn’t worry.
