-One bunch boycotts all elections because they are cynics.
-The other bunch decides which elections are legitimate based on who the candidates are ... and if they aren’t legitimate they instruct people to boycott.
-I don’t think you have that authority. cancel elections and declare them to be invalid. That is Jimmy Carter’s job when he volunteers to be a U.N. election observer.
