One aspect of this story that hasn't gotten much attention is that the Indiana law is actually very weak, and the burden of proof is still on the business owner to prove that they are not animated by "ordinary" bias, but by sincere religious conviction.

There are several problems with this.

First of all, it is expensive and time-consuming to defend yourself in court. Businesses may not have the financial means to protect their constitutional rights from intrusive government.

Second, many businesses - newspapers, law firms, ad agencies, entertainers, and many others - ALREADY have considerable discretion in what clients they will accept, and they do not need to go to court to justify their business decisions.

Thirdly, you should not need to prove a specifically RELIGIOUS basis for making your moral decisions. People of no religious belief should still have a right to decide what clients to accept.

The biggest mistake, and it is a HUGE one that will end in our demise, that Rush and his news entertainment fellows keep pushing is that the other side is “15 to 20 people with algorithms”. He is wrong and he knows it. They can put a couple hundred thousand people in the streets and have, frequently.

These people are going to keep telling us to ignore the man behind the curtain right up until the man behind the curtain throws us out of Oz.

Keep in mind how GOD blesses. These folks never knew what hit them.

GOD did. He blessed them 10000 fold, all for being honest.

Praise GOD for knocking out the haters of his gift.

I agree. It seems like Rush was smoking something other than cigars before today's show. Although it was encouraging to see the show of support for Memories Pizza, as you say, the enemy is far more formidable than 20 people with algorithms. It includes most of the media, the Democratic Party, much of corporate America, and millions of other people. I would guess that in a nation of more than 300 million people, only about one in three or four is clearly on our side on this issue, and maybe another 20-30% are up for grabs. But at least 30-40% of the country is dead set against us on this.

He was getting bashed a lot. From what I understand, he put people on it to find out where these spams were coming from, because the wording of the "individual" e-mails and stuff were a little too similar. They tracked down about ten people. California, I think he said Vermont, and maybe the last was Ohio?
Yeah. Just a few people were mass producing thousands of various communications. If they were doing it to Rush, why wouldn't they be doing that to everyone else as well? Especially if it's Soros funded.

Looks like they decided to end the campaign. The donor window is closed. Only $842,000. Barely enough to open 10 new restaurants.

I was hoping they would go to a million. The message got across, though; good to see.

Not algorithms. Programs, software or applications. Algorithms are the problem-solving methods that underlie a program’s logic.

I was wrong, just $842,387 at the moment, but they will make 900,000 and probably 1m.

Looks like the donations stopped at $842,387. Even deducting Gofundme’s 5% fee, that's not bad.

I guess I was also wrong about getting to 900,000 eventually. All donations seem to have stopped 38 minutes ago.

the enemy is far more formidable than 20 people with algorithms.

Its an old Alinski tactic, but with modern day computers. The liberal left is only about 20% or less of the population. The homos less than 2% (because they count prison inmates). Even abortion supporters are a minority today. So why do all these groups SOUND like the majority?
Alinski said to make a huge fuss and make a lot of noise 24/7, because the more you make yourself heard, the more people will begin to believe there are more of you.

These algorithms are an illusion. In America, people have been led to believe homos are at least 50% of the population, yet in reality they're nothing but an itty bitty handful - but they make a lot of noise! Computers are a real asset to making noise, especially if you have the software to spam thousands of sites within minutes.

Yep.

Sounds like a threat enough to call the cops, and it’s a hate crime to boot (maybe even across state lines - it’s federal now). Demand police protection, file for a restraining order. Use their tactics against them.

And - Arm up. Sell the cloak and buy a sword. Mentally prepare to defend yourself.
