There are various types of homosexuals, despite the fact that political activists try to lump them together. But their as different as night and day.
There are the type that have same sex attraction, and though these seem ingrained and unchangeable from their perspective, nevertheless don’t act on them, or who fail on occasion, but don’t affirm these actions. These are those with whom I can fellowship and share common ground and life.
There are the kind that live their lives as sexually active, but segregate themselves, thoughtfully, from the vast mass of humanity that doesn’t agree with that lifestyle. They respect boundaries. I wouldn’t fellowship with these, because they are reprobate and we are to be separate as far as our personal lives.
Then, there are the nasty activists. Cultural vandals who care not who is damaged, not even children, and who seek to burn down all our societal structures in a rage.
The liberals where I work are absolutely fuming about this money going to them...alternating between “why isn’t there a law to stop this?!?” and “every penny needs to be taken away...that money doesn’t belong to them!”...
Yeah, well it belonged to the people who decided to donate it, and now a lot of it will be in the hands of the business that is suffering true injustice.
Not yet. But pretty soon it will.
I wonder what the tax liability is on such a big donation. They need a good tax attorney before they deposit the check.

I was wondering that, too. They'll have income taxes of course. What about gift taxes since the people didn't give the money to the O'Connell's but to the guy who set up the gofundme site? Is it still considered tens of thousands of small gifts or one big gift? If it's one big gift then that could mean 40% of the money right off the top.
