The U.S. and other international negotiators reportedly have agreed to the outlines of an understanding with Iran that would allow for a final phase of nuclear talks.
The Associated Press, citing officials, reported on the agreement, while noting that negotiators are still in a dispute over how much to make public.
A press conference is about to begin to announce the details, but according to Reuters it looks like Iran has agreed to suspend much of its nuclear program.
How do you recommend the Senate assert such power?

Iran pretty much got everything they wanted in this “Deal” Israel told to go suck a lemon..the left is happy, closer and closer to having their enemy Israel wiped off the map, Obama will come out and grin from ear to ear about this, he did everything he could to spit in the eye of BiBi and the Israeli people who voted against him

I’m not sure what they can do, frankly. A lawsuit? Indictment for constitutional violation? Urge the House to impeach? Send Marshals to 1600 Penn?

Iran has to know that the US and the rest of the world will not enforce, or punish them when they fail to comply.
We already did that song and dance with Saddam Hussein for more than a decade, and even though it was absolutely certain that he was manipulating the UN inspectors, and pulling all sorts of stunts, the rest of the world, and most of the Democrats were aghast that George W. Bush actually tried to enforce the agreement.
Will Kerry give them the $100 Billion now ?

So Iran won’t be able to incinerate NYC and Tel Aviv until 30 days after President Walker/Cruz/Rubio or whoever takes office. Then it will be his problem.
