I wish that the author of the graphic had referenced Section 1 of the 14th Amendment because that’s basically what Christian business owners need to reference to defend their religious convictions in front of a judge.

Sorry I don’t get it. The third box says the individual LOSES if there isn’t a reasonable alternative, yet Scenario 1 claims the individual won the case yet they received a NO in the third box. A no in the 3rd box is a WIN for the individual, is it not!?
