Time to go back to letting the states levy taxes, decide how they’re spent at home and how much to send the feds

All these federal level proposals - fair tax, flat tax, VATs...crap.

Repeal the 16th Amendment and go back to having the Sovereign States pay their membership dues in the Union.

I like the States Plan better than any other I have read about. Abolish the IRS and return power to the States. That is the only way to cut the size of the Federal government.
