Widely reported but I don’t think there’s a
recording.
‘Inshallah’ would be a direct translation of ‘God willing’ as used frequently by Christians and Jews. Kerry was probably thinking ‘s’il plaît à Dieu’ and trying to impress a muzzie. On FR and in some other circles, the term ‘Allah’ ignites flame wars.
