That very well may be true.

If the goal (of Obama and his accomplices) is to destroy the United States, declaring martial law isn’t necessary to obtain that goal. It is quite the leap to think that they desire to maintain any sense of law given that they do not operate under any law, even now.

You may be right. Obama may not call it martial law, but what he may do will have at least some of the same effect. Remember he said he has a pen and a phone. He'll just issue a decree (executive order) and that will be that.

The question is, will our usually lame Congress let him get away with it? So far, he's been able to issue a number of these decrees with barely a whimper from the cowards in Washington. And now that the regime is populating our courts with leftist judges, I doubt the courts will go against him either.
