WTH?
That makes more sense, since the lane in which the black SUV is located appears to be the exit side of Samford Rd. leading off the base and back onto Rt. 32.
Did the now-ventilated SUV driver (and pax) perhaps make a wrong turn off of Rt. 32 leading to the base, realize their mistake when it was too late to turn around, go through the checkpoint (without stopping, because they knew that they had contraband in the car?), then head back outbound by cutting across the turnaround beyond the checkpoint, only to be intercepted with extreme prejudice there?
