Furthermore, one of the lightning rod guys in Missouri has now started working for Cruz:

“Jeff Roe, the Missouri political consultant whose hardball tactics against gubernatorial candidate Tom Schweich have come under fire following Schweich’s suicide, has a new gig: senior strategist for presidential candidate Ted Cruz.”

From:

See:http://www.stltoday.com/news/local/govt-and-politics/kevin-mcdermott/consultant-jeff-roe-figure-in-schweich-controversy-now-working-for/article_4fcf50b6-07f5-51c5-b971-8addb03279b3.html

Roe worked for another candidate entirely, not who todays suicide accused— he worked for Catherine Hanaway and his nasty ad slurring Schweich was cited by Danforth prior to the Schweich funeral as an example of th out of control crap that was being utilized in the nasty race forming up.

Ted Cruz should dump this newly acquired baggage.

A top Missouri Republican spokesman killed himself over the weekend just four weeks after his boss, the frontrunner to nab the GOP nomination for governor, also committed suicide. Spence Jackson served as media director for state auditor Tom Schweich, who shot himself on Feb. 26 at his Clayton, Mo., home.

Suicide, huh?

Gee...not suspicious at all. How deep does the corruption run in Missouri?

It's pretty ugly in some places. The Eads bridge is an infection vector.

The staffers and consultants are linked between both parties.

It is incestuist.

If you are saved all your sins are forgiven - past, present and future.

When the Tea Party candidate beat Ike Skelton, her new chief of staff is a relation to the former Ike Skelton campaign consultant. They were in my office even before she was seated asking for money based upon her “taking over the strong military stance” of Skelton.

Wow, WTF?

There must be an underlying scandal.

You believe the libtard media?

He was mean to them so they killed themselves and it’s Ted Cruz’s fault?

You’ve seen this circus act before, haven’t you?

It wasn’t the libtard media. It was Danforth and all the old guard conservative Republicans that were up in arms after the initial suicide of the State Auditor. You may not have seen or had a chance to follow that at the time.

All I am saying is that the consultant works with a lot of State people separate from his recent start of work with Cruz. He has been around a long time and I have no idea what the Cruz team knew about events of the last four weeks in Missouri when they took him into the team last week.

Purely speculation on my part... but do you suppose any of the timing on the two suicides had anything to do with the DOJ poking around in so much of MO’s business after the Ferguson deal? Or just a coincidence?

I doubt that both of these people just decided they were too depressed to keep living, but that is JMHO.

For some reason I just don’t believe either were suicide.
