If it had been mark kelly-giffords bag it probably would have been stuffed with illegal “contributions” to their “foundation”. Luck for us they fully support the 2nd amendment. Well, with lots of infingements attached of course. :>}
The possible irony still makes me smile.
In my part of the country they’re trying to pass universal background checks again (and likely have the votes). Delays for law-abiding citizens have been rampant in the current system for not only weapons, but parts as well, have been a week to 3 months. The system cannot handle private-transfer background checks.
The true irony is that with the current system, an FFL-holder/business owner received a ‘delay’ on a birthday gift for his wife...a .22 rifle, finished full-on in PINK.
I suggested they should take it to the legislature for visual effect, as the fireworks over this remarkable ‘irony’ begin Monday.
