I have no issue with the message; our government already treats them as mentally incapacitated (see affirmative action), and they obviously aren’t going to make it without extraordinary assistance.
You’re missing the point completely.
I couldn’t be more opposed to affirmative action. Affirmative action and our welfare policies are in good part responsible for the long odds these girls face.
