Blue State Blues: What if McCain Had Gone ‘Full Bibi’ on Obama in 2008?
Breitbart.com ^ | 03/27/2015 | Joel B. Pollak

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu continues to face harsh criticism, at home and abroad, for remarks he made on Election Day warning that Arabs were being bused to the polls and voting in large numbers, threatening the future of the right-wing government. Netanyahu has since apologized to the Arab community. From a purely political perspective, however, the only thing that matters is that he won. That raises the question: what if Republicans had done something similar in 2008 and 2012?

What if, for example, Sen. John McCain had faced the American people squarely and said:

My fellow Americans, there are efforts underway by ACORN and other far-left groups to bus minority voters to the polls to elect Barack Obama, who attended a radical, racist church for 20 years where Jeremiah Wright preached America deserved 9/11. If elected, Obama promises to transform America into something the Founders never intended it to be. You need to go to the polls and save your country.

I’m afraid you are right. At least Romney acted like he actually wanted to win.

I don't know about that

In the 1st debate Romney destroyed Obama and his poll #'s shot up. After that, during the 2nd and 3rd debates instead of going for the kill, he backed off and played Mr. nice guy allowing Obama to win the final debates and permanently re-take the lead.

To this day, I still haven’t spoken to a single Republican who actually wanted McCain as the Republican nominee to run for President that year. It left me with the suspicion that the Democrats crossed over in sufficient numbers in the primaries to make it happen. That might explain how Hillary lost the primaries to Obama that year. Too many of Hillary’s supporters wasted their vote crossing over for McCain, and they simply left her vulnerable.

Yes!

I recall when watching McCain first announced, from the get go the man had no intentions of winning. I was sooo livid and saw then that we would loose. Bo and McCain both are of the same cloth... evil minded..and for that deceive, lie and carry on as something they are not.

And this is coming if Hillary wins

I think McLame benefited from weak opposition in the primaries (Huckabee and Romney). So it’s not like there was a real exciting candidate to vote for.

Limbaugh was asking people to vote for Hillary as part of Operation Chaos, but McLame pretty much had things locked by then (he clinched on March 4).

McLame would likely get a cabinet post, yes I agree.

Romney looked like he wanted to win in the first debate, then not so much.

By next March Jebster will be the presumptive nominee if they’re able to repeat the process.

I think the bigger question is why did so many on "our side" fall for Bill Clinton with a banjo, i.e. Huckabee. I can't believe how many of them sent him money, lots of it. that a allowed no Conservative to come to the for-front, aka Fred Thompson who quite frankly didn't want it bad enough. That allowed McCain to RINO right up the middle.

I hope Cruz's entry in the race and bringing in a million in 38 hrs is noticed by those that want to occupy that space, i.e. Santorum, Carson, and Huckabee and that they just should hang it up and go home. Please no 2008's ever again...

Now, the question is - how could such a conspiracy be so widespread?

It's been years in the making. Obama was groomed from his college days for this mission And though Congress has really never been suspect, there are traitors among us. Why else would they fund DHS for "illegal amnesty"? Why else would they keep giving Obama everything he wants, turn on conservatives en masse, pass and keep national healthcare, etc. One man could never do all this, he has to have allies in the other branches. And he does, Congress, judges (see Roberts), military, media, he's pretty much set to take over.

If McCain had done that? I might have a picture of the Vice President hanging on the wall next to my computer.

McCain was/is so unpopular on both the left & right that there was little chance he would have won.

John McShame was chosen specifically BECAUSE he has NO BALLS. I think the NVA kicked all the fight out of the $hithead and he went over to the dark side.

I was even more floored by Paul Ryan, losing a debate to Joe Biden. Gotta wonder who said what to whom after the first debate, don’t you?
