Not so. I'm not interested in whether it is a logical question. Only the investigator's insistence that any such question about the co-pilot is irrelevant. That is a ridiculous stance. Given previous occurrences, even excluding 9/11/01, there is precedence enough to make it a valid question.

About 5 years ago an Egyptian pilot drove his plane into the ocean while giving praise to allah. So the question is relevant.

We have the voice recorder data, and there’s no allah-praisin’ going on. Isn’t that relevant?

I am all for exploration for links to islam when stuff like this happens, but in the absence of any such links to date, and with plausible non-islam evidence emerging, it’s time to let go of the longing to hang this around Mohammed’s neck.
