Holmes apparently testified he did not remember anything about the event. It's possible he was a tool under the influence. Who is going to tell you that if that's what happened?
That raises the question, what kind of influence might the pilot have been under? Maybe before we act as the prosecution, the jury and the judge, we should await the results of the testing being carried out by the authorities.

Also, Holmes was a ne’er do well and a loner, wasn’t he? Lubitz was an airline pilot for Lufthansa, explicitly cleared for this station by a psychological evaluation. Isn’t that a problem for the “just nuts” theory ?
