No mention of him yelling that on the recorder as the plane approached impact. So for a period today we were thinking just a psycho suicide.
All the evidence points to..... He doesn’t say WHAT evidence.
In the news, some airlines are already saying their new rule is there must be at least two people in the cockpit at all times. That’s going to be awkward.
Can you imagine being a pilot sitting next to a muslim? Or a co-pilot with a muslim captain? Awkward.
Also, lots of additional cost to the airline who now has to pay a third person to be on the flight to allow for potty breaks?

The pilot left the cockpit that was his moment, the second he failed to respond to ATC it was over.
I think if he waited too long that he feared the pilot could get help to break in. With a slow decent into a high peak, the locked out pilot wouldn’t resort to any consequential, brash efforts in time.
Kind of like slowly raising the temperature on a live frog...

Airlines can get sued for discriminating against muslims if they refuse to hire them or they can get sued for killing innocents trusting their airline with their lives who is allowing a muslim pilot the opportunity kill them with sudden jihad syndrome. Glad I do not own an airline today.
