She has to be corrupt as hell too, the Texas AG can’t find something to indict this creature on?

Oddly, under the Texas Constitution, the state's chief public integrity officer is the District Attorney of Travis County. Travis County being the home of Austin -- the state capitol and the state university -- it is naturally given to moonbattery.

Thus, for example, Ronnie Earle's trumping up charges and persecution of Kay Bailey Hutchison and Tom DeLay. And his successor being stupid, falling down drunk and arrested for DUI, then suing Gov. Perry for withholding funds.

The Texas AG has no jurisdiction over federal and statewide elected officials.
