KTLA reports, four people were arrested Monday after allegedly skipping out on their bill at an Anaheim-area restaurant and striking a waitress who said it was a “miracle” she survived the hit-and-run.
The victim, Maria Uriostegui, tells reporters she had waited on the customers and had a bad sense about them as soon as they sat down.

Charge the driver with attempted murder and felony assault with a motor vehicle.
Charge the others with accessory to same. Plus the skipped bill for all.
