If someone wildly exceeds the recommended dose of a medication and dies, is it the "fault" of the medication?

Sure, when the medication comes in the form of "cookies" and it's usage is urged as a fun pastime.

But you aren't talking about marijuana as medicine, you are talking about marijuana as recreational pharmacopeia. Your dodge about "medicine" is just to get a foot in the door, and you and I both know it is a deliberately misleading lie.

Wildly exceeding the recommended dose is exactly what the deceased did.

I think all of you dirt bags urging him to try it also bear the blame for his death. I keep telling you that drugs spread because of social interaction, and you keep ignoring the fact that there are VICTIMS when you talk people into trying drugs.

This man is a victim of the recreational dope users urging others to use the product just as much as he is a victim of the product.

Oh, and by the way, here is a couple of Pot commercials. Now who didn't see that coming?

What's that you were saying about usage not increasing?

He wasn't eating them for the flavor - THCless sweets are much cheaper.

and it's usage is urged as a fun pastime.

Like Viagra? Relief from medical condition is often likewise seen as an enjoyable outcome - you've made a distinction without a difference.

But you aren't talking about marijuana as medicine

You're right, I'm not - that's your analogy impairment at work.

Wildly exceeding the recommended dose is exactly what the deceased did.

I've never urged anyone to try it.

What's that you were saying about usage not increasing?

I don't recall saying that.
