Iran is headed for a thumping in Yemen.

Iran is ranked 23rd in the world, Saudi Arabia 28th. The Saudis have pretty much double the air capability of Iran. Ditto Egypt. Even the little UAE has a comparable air force to Iran.
Iran’s higher ranking is due to the numbers of ground troops and land-based armaments.
Aside from numbers, one can surmise that the critical battle-readiness component gives an advantage to the Egypt-Saudi-UAE alliance over the Iranians, because of the more recent vintage of their mostly American implements.
Then there is Israel......Am I missing something here or isn’t this a monumental opportunity for the Iranians to screw up and bite off more than they can chew?
Air power will rule this war because Iran would have to go through Saudi Arabia or around by sea to get their land-based superiority in play. Going around by sea and they’ll meet up with US naval power.
To get the Houthis out will require some ground troops, but the Saudis and Egyptians seem determined to do what it takes. I see the Yemeni President back in Sanaa’ in a matter of months if not days or weeks.
I wouldn't count on that. Our Commander and Chief would be more likely to supply them with transportation.
