"...I keep seeing the same documents over and over again."

That would lead to distraction.

Thanks, Kathy! I’m glad they have one, too, but I hope I never have to stay in it. It’s thick steel bolted to the concrete floor of the garage, and isn’t NEAR big enough to stay in for very long. I’d be climbing the walls. LOL!

It does the trick, but I couldn’t handle not being able to move around. I don’t do small airplanes for the same reason. LOL!

Room for anything in it besides people?

I think they said they put a couple of chairs inside. The folding canvas kind...and a weather radio. And thank goodness my DIL had her cell phone and texted me that all was ok.

It’s only about 7X4 or so....about 7 feet tall. I guess if you’re in enough danger, it’s ok, but......

Indeed...taking one step would mean running into a small child. LOL!

Thanks...I am relieved too. My DIL just texted that they didn’t see any damage so that is more good news.

She’s getting around really well. Less worry for me when I’m at work. Still working on getting up and out and back in. Where the walls are convenient, I have bar rails in place for her to hold on to in lots of places, but not near her chair.
