Way back when the Federal Government instituted the 55 MPH Speed Limit, they told the States that didn’t comply that they would cut their Federal Highway Funds.
Of course, they never said anything about not collecting Federal Gas Taxes from the Residents of those same States.
Remember, back when Hillary was a Senator she proposed a National 55 MPH Seed Limit.
Dude, unless Obama can give specifics of when and where the next hurricane will strike, he is completely FOS. Plus, why punish a state for what a fraction of its people might believe?
